  • Rana, great post. What I feel is that now a major part of web is about conversation whereas previous web was about information.

    2003 – Marketers were offering services and people for searching for it
    2010 – Along with the search, now people are asking, asking more and more …. are marketers listening

    2003 – People were reading websites and informations
    2010 – People are talking about the websites and informations across the web, it is not limited to BLOG, WIKI, FORUM or Social NETWORKS, they are talking everywhere …. are marketers listening.

    In last quarter, at SFC we have started giving a lot more importance to our online ears than our mouth. Our internal system helps us listen to almost all the talks about our clients and their industry.
