  • Aji after completing his Graduation in Mathematics from St Xaviers College, Kolkata pursued his MCA from Army Institute of Management, where he completed his MCA along with 1.5 years of MBA.
  • After completing his first year of MCA, he and his friends started a software development group called Idealog (ajiissac.0catch.com/Idealog.html, dinesh-upreti.0catch.com/idealog.htm). He left college after his 2nd year as he was working with 3 companies (Idealog, Alumnus alumnux.com as trainee and Grmtech grmtech.com).
  • It was Grmtech where he got deep into Web marketing. He was the first employee of Grmtech. His role changed from one to the other and finally Grmtech gave him the role of Grmtech Leader (next to CEO) to handle most of the operations. He used to handle the technical and marketing team. Also he guided the HR teams with right incentive structures. Worked in Grmtech for 5 years, where he could partner many sites from 0 visitors to the few million dollars worth.
